Al Qaeda’s operational commander for Afghanistan Mustafa Bin Abu Yazid has been killed in Bajur tribal region of Pakistna, a private run TV channel reported on Monday night.

The Aaj TV said Mustafa Bin Abu Yazid also known as Saeed Al Misari died when Pakistani fighter jets bombed the Loe Sam area of Bajur on 8th august. It said security sources in Bajur had confirmed the death of Mustafa although none of other media clearly reported it. ARY oneworld, another TV channels carried a report of   4 suspected foreign militant being kiled in the region.

Mustafa was recently interviewed by Pakistan leading news tv channel Geo. Its correspondent Najeeb said his meeting with Mustafa was arranged at a undisclosed location in afghanistan.

Pakistani forces are batttling militant in Bajur for las few day. Security sources in Islambad say as many as  50 militant were killed on Monday when different areas of Bajur Agency were hit by warplanes.
